Wayne Pasco has been a full-time, Professional Realtor specializing in the Vancouver Westside and Downtown since 1993. He has extensive market knowledge in the Condominium and Townhome markets.

Wayne’s professional achievements include; MLS Medallion Club (top 10% of all Vancouver Realtors), 100% Club, Presidents Gold Award and Award of Excellence.

Wayne has a diverse background in professional sales/marketing, construction and holds a Diploma in Business.  He has a strong work ethic with a focus on providing excellent customer service while helping them to achieve their goals.
